Who we are

When we moved to Nashville in 2023, we couldn’t quite find a coffee that suited our tastes: Simple. Flavorful. Drinkable. With a life-long love of coffee,(i.e. addiction…) and 12+ years of experience working as a barista, I decided that since we couldn’t find it, I would roast it myself.

I developed a blend that ticked all of our boxes, and as we shared it we found that it resonated with others as well.

Off The Wald Coffee Roasters was born.

I love playing with new coffees and roasts, and have plans for more blends in the future.
